Interview with Seacall: Ready to Connect, Collaborate, and Grow Within The Cooperative

“After our first month as members, we can already confirm that the reality exceeds our expectations. We value strong partnerships and believe that being part of a trusted network allows us to cooperate more closely with reliable agents worldwide”

Seacall Michal Siemiatkowski

Stepping into a global network for the first time is about making the right connections early and setting the tone for long-term collaboration. For Seacall, joining The Cooperative Logistics Network comes with a clear sense of purpose: to engage actively, build trust quickly, and turn introductions into meaningful partnerships. A Coop member in Gdynia/Gdansk, Poland,  Seacall combines local expertise with a flexible, hands-on approach to freight forwarding, supported by a team that values responsiveness, reliability, and direct communication. As they prepare for their first Annual Meeting in Bangkok, their focus is firmly on meeting fellow members face-to-face, exchanging ideas, and laying the groundwork for future cooperation.

In this interview, Michał Siemiątkowski shares an inside look at the company’s services, strengths, and expectations as a first-time attendee ready to connect and contribute from day one.

Q. Could you briefly introduce your company and the main logistics services you provide?

A. Seacall is a dynamic freight forwarder from Poland, HQ in Gdynia. Our team combines years of industry experience with a commitment to high-quality service and personal dedication. We understand that logistics demands fast, efficient action, often beyond standard office hours, and we pride ourselves on being available whenever our partners need us.

We provide comprehensive logistics solutions, including ocean freight (FCL/LCL), air, road, and rail transport, alongside full customs brokerage and warehousing. The goal is to deliver flexible, cost-efficient, and transparent services. At Seacall, we don’t just handle shipments; we build long-term partnerships that last for years.

Q. What motivated your company to join The Cooperative Logistics Network?

A. Joining The Coop was a natural step for us as we continue expanding our global reach. We have followed The Coop for many years and have always been impressed by the high standards and the “personal touch” the network maintains. Now, after our first month as members, we can already confirm that the reality exceeds our expectations. We value strong partnerships and believe that being part of a trusted network allows us to cooperate more closely with reliable agents worldwide. The network provides an excellent platform to develop new opportunities, exchange knowledge and strengthen long-term relationships within the international logistics community.

Q. What are your key strengths or specialties that other members should know about?

A. In our dictionary, the word “impossible” does not exist. Our key strength is the combination of flexibility, experience and dedication of our team. We focus on tailor-made solutions rather than a “one-size-fits-all” approach. Our team is highly responsive and proactive, and handling complex logistics projects where precise communication and reliability are essential. We pride ourselves on being a partner that doesn’t just move cargo but actively solves problems.

Having been in the industry for many years, we know from experience that these meetings are where we truly connect the dots with potential partners, exchange ideas, and refresh old professional ties. There are many partners we’ve known for a long time but have never met in person, as well as new companies we are eager to get to know. We are looking forward to building those real-world relationships in Bangkok.

Q. Which markets, trade lanes, or industries do you focus on the most?

A. We are strategically located in Gdynia, which allows us to operate across both of Poland’s key port cities, Gdynia and Gdansk. Thanks to this, we can efficiently support shipments to and from Central and Eastern Europe. Our core trade lanes include Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and transatlantic routes.

However, the strong economic growth and rapid development of Poland are opening new trade lanes and opportunities for importers and exporters to expand into markets that were previously less active. This is another key reason why we joined The Cooperative Logistics Network: to provide a comprehensive service in any part of the world, thanks to the trusted and reliable partners within this network.

Q. As a first-time attendee, what are you most looking forward to at the Annual Meeting in Bangkok?

A. We strongly believe in the value of personal connection between people. During the COVID era, we were forced to set aside conferences and connect via virtual meetings. While that was a helpful alternative, it can never truly replace face-to-face interaction.

Q. What message would you like to share with fellow members who may be meeting your team for the first time?

A. Our message is simple: We are here to build, not just to transact. To our fellow members, we want you to know that Seacall is a partner you can rely on for honesty and fast communication. We treat you not just as a customer, but as a true partner. We are excited to meet you all in Bangkok, to share our local knowledge, and to listen to your needs. Whether it’s a standard shipment or a complex logistics challenge, we approach every task with the same level of dedication. Let’s use this opportunity to turn these first meetings into strong, long-lasting partnerships. See you there!
