SEV Stante, a member of The Cooperative Logistics Network in Venice, Italy, has recently improved its service efficiency by introducing two dedicated desks for fast quote requests. This enhancement aims to provide their clients and partners with a quicker, more streamlined quoting process.

To further facilitate seamless communication, the company actively uses WhatsApp as a rapid-response tool. “Many agents write to me directly through our WhatsApp group. It’s the easiest way to communicate,” said Andrea Visone, General Managerof SEV Stante. “When necessary, I forward their requests to the correct department by email.”

The new system allows partners to directly request rates from SEV Stante’s dedicated team during regular working hours. If additional information is needed, the staff reaches out instantly via WhatsApp, which the company describes as much faster and more convenient than email. By combining traditional email workflows with real-time messaging apps, SEV Stante ensures that their global logistics partners receive prompt and efficient service.

Dolphin Logistics Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd., a member of The Cooperative Logistics Network in Taipei, Taiwan, marked a major milestone this month, celebrating its 30th anniversary with a glittering gala dinner titled “30th Anniversary Celebration: King’s Starlight Soiree.”

Held at Taipei, the event drew over 1,000 guests across 100 tables, including long-standing partners, representatives from major shipping lines and airlines, and the families of Dolphin staff.

The evening reflected Dolphin’s journey from its founding in 1995 to becoming a respected name in logistics. “Just like every past year, it has never been easy, but we have always strived to accomplish our missions like secret agents,” said Juno Weng, Vice President of Overseas Department of Dolphin Logistics.

A video tribute chronicled Dolphin’s three-decade journey, showcasing key events and heartfelt testimonials. Employees from various departments shared moving messages of appreciation, shining a light on the company’s deeply rooted team culture.

The celebration was as grand as it was personal. Celebrity hosts Ken and Lulu guided the evening, while singer Vivian Hsu delivered a standout performance. The highlight of the night came with superstar Jam Hsiao, whose six-song set brought guests to their feet, turning the formal gala into a full-blown concert experience.

Ocean Bridge Shipping moves 42,000 kg gypsum machine from Türkiye to Morocco in just 5 days

They handled end-to-end transportation of this massive production machine for the construction sector, covering sea and inland operations between Istanbul and Bouznika

Ocean Bridge Shipping, a member of The Cooperative Logistics Network in Casablanca, Morocco, has completed the shipment of a 42,000 kg gypsum production plant machine from Istanbul Port, Türkiye, to Casablanca Port, Morocco, using Ro-Ro service on MAFI trailers. Their team safely delivered the 176.263 m³ cargo to its final destination in Bouznika, about 50 km inland from Casablanca, where it will serve the construction industry.

The sea leg of the shipment took just five days, thanks to precise planning and coordination across multiple teams. Additionally, once the equipment arrived at Casablanca Port, Ocean Bridge Shipping managed the transloading process using two 35-ton cranes, including full mobilization and demobilization.

The final delivery involved transporting the oversized cargo via a telescopic lowbed trailer and heavy-duty tractor, along with all necessary special permits, escort vehicles, and unloading operations at the consignee’s facilities in Bouznika.

“Transporting oversized industrial equipment requires precision, technical planning, and reliable coordination. Our team ensured every stage of the move from Istanbul to Bouznika was executed smoothly and on time,” said Mr. Zakaria Salih, General Manager of Ocean Bridge Shipping. “This project reflects our commitment to handling complex logistics with efficiency and care.”

Spedition, a Coop member in Delhi, India, has officially changed its name to SI Freight Pvt. Ltd., marking a significant milestone in the company’s growth journey.

Starting July 1st, all operations will continue seamlessly under the new name SI Freight Pvt. Ltd., while retaining the same trusted team, logo, brand identity, and management under the umbrella of the Spedition Group. This move—from a sole proprietorship to a Private Limited Company—represents a major step forward in terms of operational capacity, legal status, and business potential.

Cargo Land International successfully handles mega export project from Egypt to China

They moved 50 tractors with accessories via RORO vessel, totaling 780 tons and 1,550 CBM

Cargo Land International, a Coop member in Alexandria, Egypt, has successfully completed a massive export project from Egypt to China, marking another significant milestone in the company’s growing portfolio of large-scale logistics operations.

The project involved the shipment of 50 tractors with accessories, transported via RORO (Roll-on/Roll-off) vessel—a preferred method for moving heavy and wheeled machinery across long distances. The cargo had a total gross weight of 780 tons and a volume of 1,550 CBM, reflecting the scale and complexity of the operation.
