Although the award ultimately went to another company, the Neon Freight team took pride in being shortlisted alongside some of the largest freight forwarders in the world. The awards ceremony brought together key players from across the logistics sector and was presented by renowned UK TV presenter and explorer Steve Backshall.

The British International Freight Association (BIFA) is the trade association representing UK freight forwarders, offering training, guidance, and advocacy to enhance the efficiency of the logistics industry

Ian Mallon, Managing Director of Neon Freight, a Coop member in Manchester, UK joins the BIFA Board in a non-executive role. With over two decades of experience in the logistics and freight forwarding industry, he is in a perfect position to enhance the leadership team of BIFA and bring a wealth of experience and insight to the prestigious association.
