The concept of having only five to seven agents in one city is the main reason we chose The Cooperative Logistics Network. We are already members of other networks, but they tend to be crowded, with long-established relationships. With The Coop, we see an opportunity to build more exclusive partnerships that create mutual value.
Establishing the right partnerships early is key, especially in a network built on trust and collaboration. For Quattro Freight, joining The Cooperative Logistics Network is a step toward building strong, dependable relationships with their international partners. A Coop member in Mumbai and Pune, two of India’s most important logistics hubs, Quattro Freight brings both local expertise and a practical, solution-driven approach to freight forwarding. As they prepare to attend their first Annual Meeting in Bangkok, the focus is clear: to connect with the right partners and turn those first conversations into long-term collaboration.
In this interview, Vishnu Sawant, General Manager of Quattro Freight, shares insights into the company’s rapid growth, solution-driven approach to freight forwarding, and its focus on building strong, transparent partnerships within The Cooperative Logistics Network.

Q. Could you briefly introduce your company and the main logistics services you provide?
A. Quattro Freight is a local Indian freight forwarding company with global knowledge, formed by industry professionals with experience working with multinational corporations and building their operations in India. We are a fully compliant organization with solid financial backing and, in a short span of time, have expanded across India. With a team of 40 experienced professionals, we cover all major airports and seaports in the country.
We specialize in handling pharmaceuticals, bulk drugs, and engineering goods. In just three years, Quattro Freight has recorded strong growth, crossing INR 62 crore in turnover in the financial year 2025–26. We are also an IATA-accredited agent and an MTO- and FMC-registered freight forwarder.
Q. What motivated your company to join The Cooperative Logistics Network?
A. The concept of having only five to seven agents in one city is the main reason we chose The Cooperative Logistics Network. We are already members of other networks, but they tend to be crowded, with long-established relationships. With The Coop, we see an opportunity to build more exclusive partnerships that create mutual value.
Q. What are your key strengths or specialties that other members should know about?
A. We focus on providing complete logistics solutions rather than just traditional freight forwarding services. Our approach is to think out of the box and design solutions that meet specific customer requirements. Drawing on our experience with multinational companies that operate within their own networks, we aim to deliver the same level of service, or go one step further, by building tailored and efficient logistics solutions.
Q. Which markets, trade lanes, or industries do you focus on the most?
A. Our key markets include the USA (North and South America), Europe, and cross-country trade lanes such as South America to Vietnam, Malaysia, and China.
India is often considered a difficult country to work in, but we believe this is not the case if regulations are properly followed. We ensure transparency by sharing clear information about local regulations and offering practical solutions to our partners.
Q. What opportunities are you hoping to develop through your membership in the network?
A. Overseas partnerships are essential for success in freight forwarding. Through the network, we aim to identify and collaborate with the right partners who can support our long-term growth.
Q. As a first-time attendee, what are you most looking forward to at the Annual Meeting in Bangkok?
A. We are looking forward to meeting new partners and starting to build strong, long-term relationships.
Q. What message would you like to share with fellow members who may be meeting your team for the first time?
A. Working as independent organizations within a network will not help anyone grow. We believe in working together for mutual growth with complete transparency.
Q. How do you see your company contributing to the collaboration and growth of the network?
A. India is often considered a difficult country to work in, but we believe this is not the case if regulations are properly followed. We ensure transparency by sharing clear information about local regulations and offering practical solutions to our partners. With our growing network of offices across India, we are confident that Quattro Freight will be a reliable and valuable partner within The Cooperative Logistics network.
