This acquisition strengthens CIMC Wetrans’ presence in Guangzhou and expands its international logistics capabilities
CIMC Wetrans International Logistics Co., Ltd., part of the CIMC Group, has officially acquired Globe Success Logistics Co., Ltd., a Coop member in Guangzhou, China.
This acquisition represents a strategic move by CIMC Wetrans to strengthen its footprint in South China and reinforce its alignment with the broader vision and global logistics capabilities of the CIMC Group. The newly acquired company will now operate under the name CIMC Wetrans International Logistics Co., Ltd.
